Simple Sundries Membership Program
Simple Sundries is working hard to provide affordable, everyday lifecare products to our community without creating plastic waste. However, this little neighborhood store can’t carry everything and even when trying your hardest, you end up having to buy some plastic containers because you need the product inside! Corporations are not changing their packaging fast enough. We need better solutions.
That’s why simple Sundries offers reuse services to our paying members. It’s similar to having your recycling picked up, but instead of chipping up the plastic, we clean, sanitize and reuse that plastic in a meaningful way. Some of it gets refilled, relabeled and sold in our store. Some of it gets reimagined and sold to refill stores all over the world. Some of it gets refilled, relabeled and donated to local organizations who give them out to local families at no cost to them.

What items does simple sundries accept for reuse?
Plastic pump-lid bottles

Lotion and hand soap (among other things) are often sold in pump-lid bottles. Simple Sundries takes these bottles for reuse. Bottles must be empty and 32 ounces or less.
We do not accept Foaming Pump Lids.

When you are done reusing your spray bottle or have no use for it, give it to Simple Sundries!
Please note that sprayers must work. We are resuing, not recycling!

Any color glass bottles between 2 oz-16oz that have a screw lid
Plastic squeeze bottles contain a wide array of products. Soap, mustard, ketchup, salad dressing, sunscreen. Many of these plastic bottles are considered single use plastic, but not to us! Bottles must be empty, clean and 32 ounces or less.
Please rinse these out!

Olive oils, fancy sodas, oils and booze are all products that come in these bottles. These bottles do not need to have lids.

We will take regular mouth mason jars with or without a lid. But not wide mouth jars. Not sure of the lid size? Bring them anyway.

Until we get a larger space, we cannot offer refills of vinegar. However, we will take your empty gallons and reuse them!
